Warm and collaborative
We work together, with respect for your autonomy, pace, and priorities.
A warm, collaborative relationship is at the heart of meaningful therapy.

Reaching out for support takes courage, especially when life feels overwhelming. You might be carrying unseen pain, confusion, or exhaustion. Perhaps you feel lost, overwhelmed, or uncertain about your next step. No matter where you are in your journey, you do not have to go through it alone.
I believe everyone possesses a deep inner strength, even when hardship makes it hard to notice. My role is to help you rediscover that strength in a safe, understanding, and respectful space. Healing begins when you feel seen, and that is the environment I aim to create.

For over 18 years, I have supported individuals, couples, families, youth, professionals, service members, and veterans. I help people navigate challenges such as depression, anxiety, addiction, trauma, grief, chronic illness, relationship difficulties, domestic violence, family conflict, and major life transitions.
I believe healing begins in a safe, respectful, and collaborative therapeutic relationship where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to build on your strengths. I am committed to providing culturally responsive care that honours each person's unique story and lived experience.
No matter where you are in your journey, healing, growth, and hope are possible. Reach out today to take the first step. You do not have to walk this path alone.

I hold graduate and master's degrees in Education, Communication and Language Arts, and Mass Communication. I am also a Registered Social Worker with a Master of Social Work from the University of Calgary and am licensed with both the Alberta College of Social Workers (ACSW) and the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW).
With authorization to provide restricted psychosocial interventions, my clinical practice is grounded in evidence-based, compassionate care for individuals, couples, and families. As an Adjunct Professor in Field Education, I bridge academic learning with real-world clinical practice, guiding and mentoring emerging counsellors as they develop into confident, ethical, and client-centered professionals.
